Neuro-integrative health
SCIENCE. HEALTH. HUMAN POTENTIAL.
"When everything looks normal, but you still don’t feel like yourself."
I explore the biology behind how we think, feel, and behave — bringing together neuroscience, pharmacology, functional health, and emerging therapeutics to look beyond symptoms alone.

THERE IS BIOLOGY BEHIND HOW WE FEEL
Anxiety is psychological — but it also has a nervous system.
Attention has a behavioral expression — but it also has a brain.
Mood is shaped by our experiences — but medications, sleep, hormones, inflammation, metabolism, and physiology may matter too.
This is where my work lives.
I am interested in what may be happening beneath the symptom — and how the brain, nervous system, medications, and the rest of the body may be influencing what a person is experiencing.
THE BIOLOGY BEHIND PSYCHOLOGY. A DIFFERENT WAY OF LOOKING AT MENTAL HEALTH
The Biology Behind Psychology
We often separate the psychological from the physical. But thoughts, emotions, attention, motivation, stress, sleep, and behavior do not happen outside the body. They are shaped by the brain and nervous system, by chemistry, by medications, by metabolic health, and by what the body has experienced over time.
"Understanding the biology does not replace psychology. It adds another layer to it."
WAYS I WORK
WHAT PEOPLE COME TO ME FOR
Different questions. Different starting points.
Brain Health & Neurofeedback
What is the brain doing?
For people struggling with concerns such as anxiety, attention, brain fog, sleep, emotional regulation, stress, or cognitive performance. My work may include qEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, HRV, nervous-system regulation, and tracking changes over time.
Medications & Mental Health
What role might medication be playing?
For people who are experiencing side effects, feel they have plateaued, are hesitant about a medication, or simply want to better understand their psychiatric treatment. This may include medication and supplement review, pharmacology, interactions, and pharmacogenomic information.
Functional Health & Peptides
What else may be influencing how you feel?
For people interested in metabolic health, inflammation, gut health, supplements, functional testing, or peptide therapies. The goal is to understand the bigger picture before jumping directly to a solution.
THE INTERSECTION BEHIND MY WORK
Connecting what healthcare often separates.
“I love putting the pieces of the puzzle together.”
A symptom may start the conversation. But I am interested in what may be happening underneath it — in the brain, the nervous system, medications, metabolism, and the rest of the body.

How I Got Here
I began in pharmacy, learning how medications and biochemical pathways affect the body. Working in mental health made me increasingly curious about why two people with the same diagnosis can have very different symptoms — and respond very differently to treatment.
That curiosity led me into brain mapping and neurofeedback, integrative and functional health, metabolic health, supplements, and peptide science. The deeper I went, the more interested I became in the biology behind psychology.

A PARTICULAR FOCUS
Brain Health, Mental Health & Medication
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, attention difficulties, mood symptoms, cognitive changes, stress, or complex medication histories. I look beyond the diagnosis alone.
Brain function, medication response, side effects, sleep, nervous-system regulation, supplements, metabolic health, and pharmacogenomic information may all add useful pieces to the picture.
The Full Integrative Partnership
Leap of Health
I founded Leap of Health around a simple belief:
Healthcare should do more than wait for something to go wrong. Health is not simply the absence of symptoms, but the presence of vitality.
It should help us understand our biology, make informed choices, and explore how well we are capable of feeling, functioning, and aging.
Through a high-touch, individualized approach, I bring together advanced diagnostics, wearable data, brain and nervous-system insights, functional testing, and integrative strategies to support energy, focus, metabolic health, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Leap of Health is where the different pieces come together — and where science becomes personal.
Beyond Clinical Work: A new body of work took shape.
The Biology of Becoming
How much of who we are is fixed—and how much can be transformed?
The Biology of Becoming brings modern medicine, neuroscience, psychology, quantum science, and ancient healing traditions into conversation.
This book asks: "How do biology, experience, perception, and repeated patterns shape who we become?"
The Biology of Becoming explores the relationship between the brain, nervous system, heart, gut, emotions, identity, and human change.

NOTES & EDUCATION
Notes on science, health, and human potential. reflections and guides on brain health, healing, and becoming.
Sometimes the first step is simply understanding what is possible.
You may have a medication question, a brain-health concern, an interest in peptides, or simply feel that something still does not make sense. We can start there.
The initial consultation is designed to understand your concerns and determine the most appropriate next step.
